Do we have to take all nine?

No. Most engagements pick the phases they need — consultation + system design is a common starter; install + software + training is a common build. Mix and match.

How long does a typical engagement run?

Varies based on scope. We have agreed-upon deliverables and milestones to keep projects on track. We've completed projects in as few as four weeks, and the more complex projects in up to 16 weeks.

What about existing RFID infrastructure?

For our two products, Grey Trunk RFID and QuickTrack RFID, we have an established list of approved hardware that works. For custom work, any and all hardware is on the table — our team makes sure the recommendation takes your existing RFID infrastructure into consideration.

Can we just buy a product instead?

Yes. Grey Trunk RFID or QuickTrack RFID may fit out of the box. Custom services are for when neither fits.
